Senior Manager People (Europe)
JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Manager People (Europe) will work with the VP People to manage our People function across our pan-European footprint, currently 10 European countries. The Senior Manager, People (Europe), will be responsible for driving the execution of our HR strategy, ensuring alignment with our overarching AtlasEdge priorities, and delivering exceptional employee experience. The role will business partner with leaders across the organisation, advising and supporting across talent acquisition, development & management, employee relations & engagement, reward, organisational development, operational excellence and legal & compliance. The role will report directly to the VP People, who will lead the overall HR strategy for AtlasEdge.
