As a 2nd line support engineer and an essential member of the Core IT Team, Diana Predoaia juggles multiple responsibilities, from assisting the Service Desk with issue resolution to refining internal IT processes. Her role involves a diverse group of tasks aimed at ensuring operational efficiency and seamless technical support. 👩💻
