He manages major incidents, drives swift resolutions, and oversees Change Management, including chairing Change Advisory Boards. He also focuses on Problem Management, identifying trends and implementing long-term solutions, while collaborating with suppliers and analysing performance metrics to enhance service delivery. His role is key in maintaining business continuity, compliance, and operational efficiency.
