Sailesh leads critical IT service processes to ensure operational stability. He manages major incidents, drives swift resolutions, and oversees Change Management, including chairing Change Advisory Boards. He also focuses on Problem Management, identifying trends and implementing long-term solutions, while collaborating with suppliers and analysing performance metrics to enhance service delivery. His role is key in maintaining business continuity, compliance, and operational efficiency.

🙋♂️ Meet André Mollin, with more than 25 years of experience supporting businesses by providing insights and solutions that drive business growth, he has become a key player in the hashtag#AtlasEdge team.
He identifies new clients, understands their infrastructure requirements, and showcases how AtlasEdge can support their success. What does he love the most? Meeting people and building strong connections.

With years of experience and a natural way with people, André has built a strong foundation for success. He believes that persistence, enjoying conversations, and staying ambitious are key qualities for anyone looking to thrive in sales.
Outside of work, André is either spending quality time with family and friends or passionately cheering on Eintracht Frankfurt. He’s also interested in the digital growth and still finds it surprising how many people don’t see its importance – almost as shocking as missing an open goal!
The best advice he has received: “Treat everyone the way you would like to be treated.” A simple but powerful rule to live by.

Als Chief Financial Officer ist Jonathan Hoo für alle finanziellen Aspekte des Unternehmens verantwortlich, darunter Buchhaltung, Prüfung, Finanzplanung und -analyse, Investorenbeziehungen, Beschaffung, Steuern und Finanzverwaltung.
Hintergrund:
Jonathan Hoo verfügt über mehr als 20 Jahre Berufserfahrung, von denen er nahezu die Hälfte im Bereich Rechenzentren bei TelecityGroup, Equinix und zuletzt bei CyrusOne tätig war. Vor AtlasEdge hatte er leitende Finanzpositionen in mehreren internationalen Großunternehmen inne, erwarb einen MBA mit Auszeichnung an der London Business School und ist Fellow des Institute of Chartered Accountants in England und Wales.
Interessen und Privatleben:
In den letzten zehn Jahren lebte und arbeitete Jonathan Hoo in den Niederlanden, der Schweiz und Belgien, bevor er 2023 mit seiner Familie zurück ins Vereinigte Königreich zog. Er verbringt seine Freizeit am liebsten mit seiner Frau und seinen beiden Töchtern und ist außerdem häufig beim Joggen anzutreffen. Er hat bereits über 40 Marathons und Ultramarathons absolviert.

Als Chief Executive Officer trägt Tesh Durvasula die Verantwortung für die Unternehmensstrategie und leitet das talentierte Team, das Europas führende Rechenzentrumsplattform entwickelt.
Hintergrund:
Tesh Durvasula verfügt über mehr als 25 Jahre Erfahrung in verschiedenen Bereichen der digitalen Infrastruktur und Rechenzentren, darunter Entwicklung, Finanzen, Vertrieb, Marketing und Immobilien. Vor seiner Tätigkeit bei AtlasEdge war er CEO von Africa Data Centres, wo er für die Hyperscale-Expansion des Unternehmens zuständig war und dazu beitrug, es zu einem der größten Betreiber des Kontinents zu machen. Zuvor hatte Tesh Durvasula verschiedene Führungspositionen bei CyrusOne inne, zuletzt als CEO des Unternehmens. Unter seiner Leitung bei CyrusOne stiegen die jährlichen Einnahmen von 221 Mio. US-Dollar im Jahr 2012 auf über 1 Mrd. US-Dollar im Jahr 2020. Außerdem war er Chief Marketing and Business Officer bei Telx, Gründer von NYC-Connect und hatte verschiedene leitende Positionen bei Abovenet, Sprint und Metromedia Fiber Networks inne.
Interessen und Privatleben:
Tesh Durvasula begeistert sich vor allem für Sport, Familie, gutes Essen und Reisen. Er ist verheiratet und hat drei Söhne. In seiner beruflichen Laufbahn hatte er das Glück, mehrere Kontinente, Kulturen und kulinarische Traditionen kennenlernen zu dürfen. Neben seinem immer besseren Golfspiel trainiert er seit über 16 Jahren junge Fußballer und engagiert sich für wohltätige Zwecke für junge Sportler.
