AtlasEdge, a leading European data centre provider, has appointed Georg Raiser as Managing Director for the DACH region. This appointment formalises a role Georg has held on an interim basis, during which he has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic impact across one of the company’s most important markets.
Since stepping into the role, Georg has led the successful integration of AtlasEdge’s operations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He has overseen the relocation of the company’s Stuttgart office, the launch of a new state-of-the-art data centre, and played a key role in expanding relationships with high-profile customers – all while building momentum across the region.
The DACH region is a cornerstone of AtlasEdge’s long-term strategy. With a strong industrial base, accelerating demand for local capacity, and growing public investment in digital infrastructure – including Germany’s recently approved €500 billion national transformation programme – the region is uniquely positioned to lead Europe’s next phase of digital growth.
Georg brings 20 years of professional experience spanning finance, strategy and digital infrastructure. Prior to this role, he served as CFO at DC1, a business acquired by AtlasEdge, where he helped shape the company’s growth and operational direction. He is known for his commercial acumen, collaborative leadership, and sharp execution focus.
