Completion supports continued investment in next-wave European markets
London, UK – Tuesday, May 5, 2026
AtlasEdge, a leading European data centre provider, today announced the completion of the sale of nine selected sites to Templus.
The sites are in Madrid, Barcelona, Milan, Zurich, Paris, Amsterdam, London, Leeds and Copenhagen.
The completion marks an important step in AtlasEdge’s strategy to focus on larger sites with long-term growth potential – particularly in next-wave European markets where demand for high-performance digital infrastructure is rising rapidly.
That strategy is already being delivered. In Lisbon, the company has formally launched LIS001, the first of three data centres planned for its 30MW campus, where it expects to invest more than €500 million in the coming years. In Vienna, it is developing a new 42MW presence, creating a key gateway for Central and Eastern Europe. Last month, it also announced LEV002 in Leverkusen, a new 4.4MW data centre that will further expand capacity in Germany’s Rhineland region.
“Today’s completion is a significant moment for AtlasEdge as we sharpen our focus on the markets where we see the greatest long-term opportunity,” said Tesh Durvasula, Chief Executive Officer of AtlasEdge. “This move strengthens our ability to invest in larger, scalable platforms where customer demand is growing fastest. We have strong momentum, a clear strategy, and a significant opportunity ahead of us.”
Henry Harris, Chief Strategy Officer at AtlasEdge, added: “This transaction reflects the next phase of AtlasEdge’s evolution. It allows us to focus on high-density, strategically located facilities in growth markets, while continuing to provide the secure, resilient and low-latency infrastructure our customers rely on.”
